Classroom News
In Miss Butterfield's class, every child contributes to the daily routine. Having responsibilities in the classroom lets students know that they can contribute. It also fosters independence and teaches social skills. For instance, the student who is in charge of passing out snacks asks each student if they would like some. They then reply "Yes, please," or "No, thank you."
